when a bird perches on single bare high power line, nothing happens to him as no current flows through his body because the circuit is not complete. in case of a person standing on ground, the circuit id completed with ground through his body. current flows through his body resulting in fatal shock.

Hey mate....

here's the answer....

a bird perches on a bare high power line, and nothing happens to the bird. A man standing on the ground touches the same line and gets a fatal shock. Why??

This is because when the bird perches on high bare power line bcz of incompletion of circuit the current doesn't flow while in case of a man the circuit is complete and thus the current flows.

Hope this helps❤
