A black mouse mates with a brown mouse, and all the offsprings are black. explain why no brown mice are produced. what is this phenomenon known as

all the offspring produced were of black colour because black is a doimant colour code over the brown colour in the cross of genotype and we know that the dominant trait will be visible in the offspring as phenotype and recessive trait i.e. brown will not be shown is the frist generation but it will be surely  in the f2.
