To Find :  displacement of person is​

Explanation:

           NORTH

WEST               EAST

            SOUTH

Assume that Person  Start going toward North

In North Direction = 25 * 0.8  = 20 m

Left from North  = West

in West Direction= 25 * 0.8  = 20 m

Left from West = South

in South Direction= 25 * 0.8  = 20 m

Left from South  =  East

in East Direction= 25 * 0.8  = 20 m

Total Steps = 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 = 100 Steps

Total Distance

North = 20m  South = 20 m

West = 20 m  East = 20 m

North And south are opposite direction

West and East Directions are opposite

Hence  Man returns at same point

Displacement = Final position - Initial position

as both position are same

Hence Displacement = ZERO
