Breadth of block = 2m

A/c to question,

      Block A sinks by 1cm when another block B is placed on it.

so, volume of part of block A which is inside the water = 3 × 2 × 0.01 m³

   = 0.06 m³

Now, mass of block b = volume of part of block a which is inside the water × density of water

  = 0.06 m³ × 1000 m³ = 60kg

Hence, mass of block b = 60kg
