100= m×10 , m = 10kg
u = 10×10×5 = 500joule...

Given -

m = 100 N (Can be written as 10 kg as 100 N = 10 kg)

h = 5 m

g = 10 m/s2

Solution -

P.E = mgh

P.E = 10 kg * 10 m/s2 * 5m

P.E = 500 Nm
