To Find :

  • → Calculate thrust and pressure on table top.

Formula Used Here :

  • → Thrust = Force
  • → Thrust = mg
  • → Pressure = Thrust / Area

According to Question :

  • Thrust = mg
  • → Thrust = 7.5 × 10
  • Thrust = 75 Newton

Calculating Pressure :

  • Pressure = Thrust / Area
  • → Pressure = 75 / 0.0096
  • Pressure = 7812.5 Pascal

Therefore :

  • → Thrust on table top is 75 Newton
  • → Pressure on table top is 7812.5 Pascal
