A Block of mass 0.3kg is suspended from the ceiling by Light string.A second block mass 0.2 kg is suspended from the first block through another string. find the tendons in the two strings.​

Given :-

Mass of first block = M = 0.3 Kg

Mass of Second block = m = 0.2 Kg

We are required to find tension in the strings T1 and T2 respectively.

We will take second block to find {T}_{2} and then for {T}_{1} we will consider whole body as a system.

{T}_{2} = mg

{T}_{2}=0.2\times10

{T}_{2}= 2N

Again,

For {T}_{1}

{T}_{1}=(M+m)g

{T}_{1}=(0.3+0.2)\times10

{T}_{1}=5N

Hence,

{T}_{1}=5N

{T}_{2}=2N
