Impluse  (I) = p(f)  - p(i)
p(i) = 0
p(f) - p(i) = mv
The velocity of the block just after the given impluse (10 i, 10 j) is :-
velocity (v) = I (impluse) / m (mass)
velocity (v) = 10 NS / 1 kg
v = 10 m/s
