a block of mass 2kg is placed on a smooth surface pulled by a spring balance when the block is just above to move what will be the reading of spring balance?explain

Since on a smooth surface friction is 0... reading on spring balance is the net force acting on the body to move. As in this case, the body is about to move, the limiting friction will be the reading of spring balance that is zero..
