Given : μ
1=0.2 f2 =0.3 m
B=200 kg m
A=100 kg
Frictional force acting between blocks A and B f1 =μ 1 mAg
∴ f1 =0.2(100)(10)=200 N
Frictional force acting between block B and ground f2
=μ2(mA +mB )g
∴ f2 =0.3(100+200)(10)=900 N
Minimum force required to move block B, F=f
1 +f 2
⟹ F=200+900
=1100 N
