the question which give provides us with the mass of the object which is 4 KG. and alongside provided the gravity it must be the velocity which is 10 m/s
therefore ,
kinetic energy = 1/2 * 4 *10*10 [KE = 1/2 m*v^2]
=2*100 = 200 J.
