Answer:simply use the fact athat mechanical energy is conserved when conservative forces act.

So, initial elastic potential energy = 0.5*k1*x*x + 0.5*k2*x*x

At x/2 , elastic potential energy = 0.5*k1*x*x/4 + 0.5*k2*x*x/4

So, initial elastic potential energy = Final potential energy + kinetic energy
