Solution:

∴ The volume of the block of metal is,
= Volume of a cuboid
= Length × Breadth × Height
= 18 × 14 × 7
= 1764 cm³
No. of such blocks = 5
∴ The volume of 5 metal blocks are = 5 × 1764 cm³ = 8820 cm³
Thus, the volume of 5 such metal blocks is 8820 cm³.
