Let the volume of the total  block be V.

Density of  block = ρ

Density of water = ρ₀

The volume of block inside the water is = (3/5)V.

weight of the block =  ρVg

force of buoyancy on the block = (density of water) x (volume of block inside water) x g.

          F = ρ₀ x (3/5)V x g

⇒     ρ₀ x (3/5)V x g  =  ρVg

      ⇒      ρ  =  (3/5)ρ₀ .

Hope this helps you ✌️✌️☘️☘️.
