Force = mg

Pressure = $\frac{F}{A}$

               = 50 / 0.025

               = 50000/25

               = 2000 Pa

Case 2

Area = 40 x 10 = 400 cm² = 0.04 m²

Force = mg

           = 5 x 10 = 50 N

Pressure = $\frac{F}{A}$

                = 50 / 0.04

                = 5000 / 4

                = 1250 Pa
