N = normal force on the block due to surface of the incline

d = displacement of the block parallel to incline

θ = angle between normal force and displacement of the block = 90

we know that , work done by a force is given as

W = F x Cosθ

where W = work done  , F = force , x = displacement , θ = angle between force and displacement

hence work done on the block by the normal force is given as

W = N d Cos90

Since    Cos90 = 0

hence

W = N d (0)

W = 0 J
