A blue litmus solution turns red when a few drops of HCl solution were over it. Now if NaOH solution is added over it slowly, which of the following will be observed:
(a) The colour will change back to blue.
(b) The colour will change to purple which is the natural colour of litmus solution.
(c) There be no change in colour, i.e., it will remain permanently red now.
(d) Any of the above can happen depending upon the concentration of NaOH solution.
