A blue ribbon is 2m 98cm long,was half as Long as a red ribbon.j yoti used 1 2/5m of the red ribbon to tie a parcel .she then cut the rest of the ribbon into 4 equal parts.calculate the length of each remaining piece of red ribbon.

Length of green ribbon = 1200 + 50 = 1250 cm

Length of red ribbon = 3/5 (length of green ribbon)

                             = 3/5 × 1250

                             = 750 cm

Length of yellow ribbon = [2 +1/2] × (length of red ribbon)

                                 = [5/2] × (750)

                                 = 1875 cm

                                 = 18.75 m
