Not sure if this is what ur asking but  i belive it is false because the widest blood vessel a whale has is the aorta which meausres up to 9 inches.The average size of a adult human being is 68.4 inches or you could say 5,7ft. While an adult couldn't fit into a blowhole a human toddler probably could fit into a Blue whale's blow hole.The only refrense im aware of for a specises of whale that eats shark would be the killer whale.A whales heart is bigger than a golf cat not a heart a whales heat is not the size of a human heart. and thats just the information based on the questions stated.
