A boat cuts 30 km in the opposite direction of the flow and 28 km in the flow direction in a total of 7 hours. The same boat is cut back 21 km in the opposite direction of flow in the same river and returns to its original location in 5 hours. Find the speed of the boat as well as the speed of the river flow in the still water of the boat.
