A boat in the direction of flow covers a distance of 60 km in 4 hours. If speed of the boat is double the speed of flow then how much distance it covers in 2 hours opposite the flow?

Let speed of river be x and boat speed 2x ,so 60/(2x+x)=4 or x=60/(3*4)=5 kmph. So boat speed is 10 know.Now 2*(10–5)=10 km it will go in 2 hrs in opposite direction of the flow.
