Answer:

8 & 3 km/Hr

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say Speed of Boat in Still water= B km/Hr

Let say speed of Current = C km/Hr

Speed with Current = B + C km/Hr

Distance = 44 km

Time taken = 4 Hrs

Speed = Distance / Time

=> B + C = 44/4

=> B + C = 11

Speed against Current = B - C km/Hr

Distance = 44 km

Time taken = 4 + 4 Hrs 48 minutes =  8 4/5  = 44/5 hrs

Speed = Distance / Time

=> B - C = 44/(44/5)

=> B - C = 5

Adding Both 2B = 16  => B = 8

8 + C = 11 => C = 3

Speed of Boat in still water = 8 km/Hr

Speed of current = 3 km/hr
