a body accelerates uniformly from rest to
20m/s for 2 seconds, then moves with same
velocity for the next 6 seconds. After that it
retards and comes to rest in 2 seconds.

Formulae for getting area of a trapezium :

(a+b) /2 × h

a=6s

b=12s

h=20m/s

A=(6+12)/2 ×20

9×20=180m
