1. as we know acceleration equals change in velocity upon time taken.

Now as we know train started from rest therefore its initial velocity is zero and final velocity is 20 m per second and time taken is 2 minutes that is 60×2=120sec.

Now let's solve 20 - 0/120=20/120=6m/s^2

2. now as we know speed = distance upon time therefore distance =speed into time.

Therefore, 20×2=40m is the dist
