IF DISPLACEMENT IS 0 THEN. VELOCITY IS O.
BUT SPEED=TOTAL DISTANCE/ TIME.
BECAUSE TOTAL DISTANCE TRAVEL IS CAN'T BE 0 SO THE SPEED WILL NOT BE ZERO.
