a body can have zero angular velocity but not zero angular speed. Explain

uppose a particle is moving on a straight line. It has no angular velocity. Now, suppose ,in some coordinate system it’s position vector at some instant is r and it’s linear momentum is p, then it has angular momentum rxp. We use such angular momentum in scattering theories.
