if final and initial pos are same avg velocity is 0 dont matter magnitude but avg speed have magnitude so cant be 0

Average speed will not be zero. That average velocity can be zero. Is Vikas the velocity will be zero if its displacement is zero. But we all know that distance can't be zero so average speed will never be zero.......... And that's my justification
