average velocity of body  = 0 m/s  , average Speed = 12.6  m/s

Hence body returns to original position

Hence Displacement = 0

Average velocity =  Displacement / Time

Time = 2 Secs

=> Average velocity =  0/2  =  0 m/s

Distance Covered

= 2πR

R = 4 m

= 2 π * 4

= 8π  m

Average Speed = Distance / Time

= 8π/2

= 4π  m/s

= 12.6  m/s
