If body falls for 5s from rest,
v = u+at = 10*5 = 50m/s
in next 3second, (without acceleration)
distance travelled = 50* 3 = 150m
v = u+at = 10*5 = 50m/s
in next 3second, (without acceleration)

initial velocity = 0 m/s
time = 5 sec
acceleration = 10 m/s^2
v =u + at
v = 0 + 10 * 5
v = 50 m/s
therefore velocity = 50 m/s
distance covered in 3 sec ,
distance = speed * time
distance = 50 * 3
distance = 150 m
therefore distance covered = 150 meter
