7h/16=g(t-0.5)--............(ii)  


sub. (i) in (ii)  

7[1/2(gt^2)]/16=g(t-0.5)  

by simplifying we will get .

32t-16=7t^2  

7t^2-32t+16=0  


solving the equations we would get t=4  


h=1/2(gt^2)=1/2(10*16)  
=80m_____answer
