A body goes round the sun woth constant speed in a circular orbit. is the motion uniform or accelerated?

Any body that moves in a circular orbit is not in constant acceleration...

➡️Why so?

As u know the acceleration always acts tangential to the body, so since each time the body rotates in a circular orbit, it will have each tangent at each position...So the tangent at a particular position is not the tangent at the next place..So the direction of acceleration at a particular position isn't the direction of acceleration at the next position....

NB: Here we assumed the body is going in a circular orbit around the Sun. In reality, it won't follow pure circular orbit, it'll rather follow elliptical orbit....

Hope it helped u ☺️

Hey mate here's your answer

Accelerated. It has constant speed, but not constant velocity.Since it is moving in a circular orbit, the body changes its direction of motion at every single instant (at a tangent). This implies that velocity is not constant.

Hope this may help you.....If yes then pls mark it as a brainlist answer pls please and follow me.
