Given:

Initial Velocity,u = 300 cm/s =

Acceleration,a = 10 cm/s2

• Time taken,t = 3 s

To be calculated:

Calculate the distance (s) travelled by a body.

Formula used:

s = ut + 1/2 at?

Solution:

From the second equation of motion,

s = ut + 1/2 at?

☆ Putting the values in the above formula,we get

s = 300 x 3 + 1/2 x 10 x (3 )²

s = 900 + 5 x 9

s = 900 + 45

s = 945 cm

Thus, the distance travelled by a body is 945 centimetres.

thanks!!

❤Given : -

Initial Velocity(u) = 300 cm/s

Time Taken(t) = 3s

Acceleration(a) = 10cm/s²

❤To Find : -

Distance(s) = ?

✒Formula Used : -

❤On Substituting Values : -

\dashrightarrow\sf{s=300\times{3}+\dfrac{1}{{\cancel{2}}}\times{{\cancel{10}}}\times{{(3)}^{2}}}⇢s=300×3+21×10×(3)2</p><p>\dashrightarrow\sf{s=900+5\times{9}}⇢s=900+5×9</p><p>\dashrightarrow\sf{s=900+45}⇢s=900+45</p><p>\leadsto\sf{{ \large{ \boxed{ \bold{ \bold{ \purple{s=945cm}}}}}}}⇝s=945cm

❤Therefore , Distance travelled by the body is 945cm
