On Earth, Mass of the Earth =  M and Radius = r.

F₁ = GmM/r²

On Other Planet,  Mass = 15 M.

Radius = 4r

∴ F = Gm × 15M/16r²

F = GmM/r² × 15/16

⇒ F = F₁ × 15/16

∴ Weight of the man on the Planet will be 15/16 of the Weight on Earth.

Hope it helps.
