v-u/t=a

since body is at rest u=0

v/5=2

v=10m

v²=u²+2as

(10)²=2*2*s

100=4*s

100/4=s

As given:-

▪️Initial Velocity = 0

▪️Acceleration = 2 m/s

▪️Time = 5 sec

Now as we know that

• v = u + at

→ v = 0 + 2(5)

→ v = 10

So velocity = 10 m/s

Now as we also know that

→ v² = u² + 2as

→ (10)² = (0)² + 2(2)(s)

→ 100 - 0 = 4s

→ 100 = 4s

→ s = 100/4

→ s = 25

So distance traveled is 25 m
