A body, initially at rest, starts moving with a constant acceleration 2m/s^2. Calculate(i) the velocity required (ii) distance travelled in 5s.

v=u+at
=0+2×5=10m/s

s=it+1/2 at^2
=1/2×2×25
=25m

(i)V=U+AT
V=0+2*5
V=10m/s
(ii)S=UT+1/2AT^2
S=0*5+1/2*2*5*5
S=25m
