Given velocity v1=30km/h=8.33m/s

velocity v2=33.6km/h=9.33m/s

velocity v3=37.2km/h=10.33m/s

Time interval between v1 and v2= 2s and v2 and v3 =2 s

Now acceleration a12=29.33−8.33=0.5m/s2 

similarly acceleration a123=210.33−9.33=0.5m/s2

Now the net acceleration a12=410.33−8.33=0.5m/s2  

Yes the acceleration is uniform.
