Given:-

  • Initial velocity (u) = 0m/s

  • Final velocity (v) = 100m/s

  • Distance travelled (s) = 50m

To Find:-

  • Acceleration of the body (a)

Solution:-

By using 3rd equation of motion

= +2as

Substitute the value we get

→ 100² = 0² + 2×a×50

→ 10000 = 0 + 100×a

→ 10000 = 100×a

→ a = 10000/100

→ a = 100m/s²

The acceleration of the body is 100m/

Answer:

Option (a) 100m/s^2

Explanation:

=> Initial velocity (u) = 0m/s

=> Final velocity (v) = 100m/s

=>Distance (s) = 50m

By using 3rd equation of motion

=> v² = u²+2as

Substitute the value we get

=> 100² = 0² + 2×a×50

=> 10000 = 0 + 100×a

=> 10000 = 100×a

=>a = 10000/100

=> a = 100m/s²
