Use formula for conservation of energy kinetic energy = potential energy. v=√2gh i. e. 4√20m/s.

25% of it will be √20m/s. hence final velocity is (4-1)√20m/s that'll be 3√20m/s.Again using law of conservation of energy mgh=1/2mv^2

putting values in above equation we get 9m as our answer.
