that is s=ut+1/2at^2

we will get s=5

if the first second distance is 5 then rest it is 15 after that calculate v of the first second we know that v of that is u of the second journey use 1st equation

then we will get v=10

after that, we cant apply the equations of motion so we have to use

normal formula that is s=d/t after that

we will get 1.5 and after that we have to add 1+1.5

1 is the value of the first second add them we will get 2.5
