Using the 2nd equation of motion,
S=ut+1/2at^2
100m=0×t+1/2×10×t^2

5×t^2=100m
t^2=100/5
t^2=20
t=√20
using 1st equation of motion,
v=u+at
v=0+10×√20
v=10√20
v=10√5×4
v=20√5
