ANSWER:-

time=√20sec v=20√5

EXPLANATION:-

A body is dropped,

Initial velocity,u=0m/s

Height,s=100m

Acceleration,a=10m/s^2

Time taken,t=?

Using the 2nd equation of motion,

S=ut+1/2at^2

100m=0×t+1/2×10×t^2

100m=5×t^2

5×t^2=100m

t^2=100/5

t^2=20

t=20

using 1st equation of motion,

v=u+at

v=0+10×20

v=1020

v=105×4

v=205
