A body is dropped from height H. if T1 and t2 be the times in covering first half and next hqlf distances respectively then the relation between t1 and t2 is?

We just need to use:

s=ut+12at2s=ut+12at2

Since the ball was at rest before dropping, u=0u=0

So in the given case, we have,

h=12gT2h=12gT2

So, at T/2T/2, it would have traveled h/4h/4 distance, which means the height of the ball would be 3h/43h/4.
