A body is experiencing an atmospheric pressure of
1.01 x 10' N/m-on the surface of a pound. The
body will experience double of the previous pressure
if it is brought to a depth of (given density of pound
water =1.03 x 10 kg/m2, g = 10 m/s2)

According to ,p is equal to hdg

Atom.pressure at surface of pond is 1.01 into 10 N/m

let height h inside the pond where atom.p is 2 into 1.01 into 10

2.02 into 10

By

atmos.p is hdg

  1. 20.2 is equal to h.(10.3 kg/m^2). 10m/s^
  2. 20.2/103 is equal to h
  3. so , h is equal to 0.196 m aproximate 0.10 m answer
