The answer is glycerin.

Because the density of glycerin is high, compared to that of the other options.  

When an object is immersed in a liquid medium, an upward pressure acts on it. This upthrust is called buoyancy. It depends on the density of the liquid and the weight of the object. When the density of the liquid is high, the upthrust is also more and so there is a maximum loss in weight of the object.
