Distance = semiperimeter =

 \frac{2\pi r}{2} = \pi r

Displacement = diameter =

2r

hi friend
thanks for asking this question

so,
if the body is moving along the circle of radius r then the distance will be 2πr
but in half revolution the distance will be 1/2×2πr=πr

and the magnitude of displacement in a full revolution=0
but in a half revolution the displacement = 2r=d

for your better confirmation I have attached image with the answer.

hope it is helpful for you so please mark my answer as brainliest.
