It is the centripetal force which is constant in magnitude and directed towards the axis of rotation.

When a body is moving in uniform circular motion, the force acting in the body is the centripetal force which acts towards the centre of the circle.

The centripetal force helps in change of direction of the velocity.

Since the speed is constant, there is no tangential force acting on it.

Force acting: CENTRIPETAL FORCE
