time taken for 1st s distance covered = s/ 5kmhr-¹

time taken for remaining 2s distance = 2s/20kmhr-¹

total time taken = s/5 + 2s/20 = 6s/20

total distance we have 3s

avg velocity = 3s/ 6s/20 = 10 km/hr
