As the body is moving uniformly , the velocity - time graph is a straight line BC parallel to time axis , where OB=5m/s. Let OA=5s . Draw AC⊥OX so as to meet velocity - time graph at C. Distance travelled by the body in 5s, i.e .,

s= area of rectangle OACB

or s=OA×OB=5×5=25m
