Explanation:

acceleration is constant therefore velocity is changing

we have a formula for nth time displacement

s = u + a/2 (nth second - 1)

therefore,

displacement for nth second is

s(nth) = u + a/2 (n-1)

and ,

s(n-1th) = u + a/2 (n-1-1)

therefore, difference between nth sec. and n-1 th sec is

s(nth) - s(n-1th) = u +a/2 (n-1) - u -a/2 (n -2)

0 + an/2 - an/2 - a/2 - 2a/2

-a/2 - a

-3a/2

therefore, difference between displacement of nth and n-1th time is -3a/2.

hope it helps
