Hello friend! Refer to the velocity-time graph carefully. 

In the given problem, v = 5 m/s and t = 5 s.
Hence, the distance covered will be equal to the AREA OF THE SHADED PORTION OF THE GRAPH, corresponding to x = 5 s and y = 5 m/s.
i.e., Distance = v x t = 5 m/s x 5 s = 25 m
