Given

☞ Initial velocity = 0

☞ Acceleration = 10 m/s²

☞ Time = 5 seconds.

To find

Displacement of body

Solution

We have ;

⟼ Initial velocity (u) = 0

⟼ Acceleration (a) = 10 m/s²

⟼ Time (t) = 5 s

Now using 2nd equation of motion :-

s = ut + ½ × at²

Now substuting values,

⟼ s = 0 × 5 + ½ × 10 × 5²

⟼ s = 0 + 5 × 25

⟼ s = 0 + 125

s = 125 m

Displacement of body = 125 m [Answer]

Answer:

125m

125mExplanation:

125mExplanation:u=0

125mExplanation:u=0a=10m/s2

125mExplanation:u=0a=10m/s2t=5sec

By using 1st equation

V=u+at

=0+10*5

=50m/s

By using 3rd equation

 v ^{2} - u ^{2} = 2as

(50) ^{2} -(0) ^{2} = 2  \times 10 \times s \\

2500 - 0 = 20s

s = 2500 \div 20

So displacement=125m
